Pototo's services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during all use of the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Pototo's services complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction. Pototo does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
To register an account on Pototo, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred payment method. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Pototo reserves the right to verify all information provided during registration through our KYC process, which may require submission of government-issued identification (KTP Nasional), proof of address, and a selfie photograph for identity confirmation.
Each User is permitted to hold only one account with Pototo. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") registered by the same person are strictly prohibited. If Pototo detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided. Pototo uses advanced detection systems including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and behavioral analysis to identify duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pototo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You must ensure that all information in your Pototo account is accurate and up to date. If your personal details change (such as address, phone number, or email), you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals, account verification issues, or account suspension.
You may close your Pototo account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. Pototo reserves the right to close or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems, or any other conduct that Pototo deems harmful to the Platform or other users.
Pototo accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00 - 16:00 WIB on weekdays). Deposits initiated outside banking hours may experience processing delays until the next business day.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds. Pototo does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the terms outlined in this section. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified through the KYC process. First-time withdrawal requests require completion of KYC identity verification, which typically takes 1-24 hours. Once your account is verified, withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours for amounts up to Rp 20.000.000 per transaction. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and extended processing time.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must wager your deposited amount at least one time (1x rollover requirement) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions). Pototo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including proof of payment method ownership, source of funds verification, or enhanced due diligence for high-value withdrawals.
Pototo does not charge fees for withdrawals, but your bank may impose receiving fees. Daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100.000.000 per verified account. Weekly withdrawal limit is Rp 500.000.000. Monthly withdrawal limit is Rp 2.000.000.000. These limits may be adjusted for VIP accounts or at Pototo's discretion.
Pototo offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration periods. You must read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it. Failure to comply with bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds and winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) and apply to the bonus amount, deposit amount, or both, depending on the specific promotion. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds. Pototo strictly prohibits bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event), collusion with other players to manipulate bonuses, exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage, and any other conduct that Pototo determines is intended to abuse promotional offers. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided.
All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the relevant sport and competition. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of that sport (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. Pototo reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds display, or other circumstances that undermine the integrity of the betting market.
All casino games and slots on Pototo use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of technical malfunction. In the event of a technical error or malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet limit (typically Rp 50.000 per round) while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Pototo reserves the right to correct any errors in odds display, bet settlement, or account balances. If an obvious error is identified (e.g., odds displayed as 100.00 when the correct odds should be 1.50), Pototo will void affected bets and return stakes. Users must notify Pototo immediately if they notice any errors or discrepancies in their account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pototo platform:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
Pototo strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server outages, or circumstances beyond our control. Pototo is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. In the event that a service interruption affects live betting or in-play games, Pototo will take reasonable steps to settle bets fairly based on the circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pototo's total liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim. Pototo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
Pototo integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and odds data suppliers. Pototo is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party service providers. Users acknowledge that use of third-party payment methods (banks, e-wallets) is subject to those providers' terms and conditions.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of Pototo's services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team will investigate your complaint and respond within 48 hours. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly.
If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review. Pototo's compliance team will conduct an independent review and provide a final decision within 14 business days. Decisions made by Pototo's compliance team are final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to Pototo's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through Pototo's internal processes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
Pototo reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of Pototo's services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
